I'm losing weight... body fat!
The next step in my personal development as a person and as a coach. Before I go into too much detail and bore you, I'll just tell you a few details about me:
- I joined 4 years ago Fit4TheGame and weighed about 15 kilos more back then than it does today.
- I lost 12 kilos within 3 months.
- At the beginning I trained 2-3 times a week, then 5-6 times. Regeneration?? Yes, I know... even (future) trainers can be unreasonable sometimes, today I know better.
- I love vanilla macchiato, chocolate and cake and I eat when I'm stressed. Hence the 15 kilos too much...
- I currently weigh 65 kilos and am 1.68 m tall.
- In the next 4 weeks I want to lose 5 % body fat.
- Did I already say that I love vanilla macchiatto?
- I don't think I'm too fat, quite the opposite. Skinny is not my thing, Strong on the other hand, yes!
- Six months ago I had a mild to moderate herniated disc, which severely limited my training.
- It's now time for the next step.

Why I want to do this...
“She’s crazy, why does she want to do that…” some of you might think.
I want to do this because it's simply time to take the next step in my personal development as a person, coach and athlete and to test my own limits. I feel comfortable the way I am, but I want to change. It's as simple as that.
