The start: StartCHECK.

Getting started with Fit4TheGame always begins with a StartCHECK.

The StartCHECK is a personal introductory meeting.

including motion screening.

Together we'll look at:

– how your body is currently moving

– which feels restricted or unsafe

– which goals make sense for you

– which next steps realistically fit into your everyday life

The StartCHECK is not a performance test.

You don't have to prove anything.

It's about clarity.

What happens after the start check?

After the StartCHECK you will receive a clear recommendation,

which training suits you best.

It can be:

– Small Group Training

– Semi-Private Training

Nothing happens automatically.

There is no obligation to continue.

You can decide at your leisure.,

whether and how you want to start.

 

Why we work with structure.

Many training programs focus on “complete freedom”.

That sounds good at first.

In practice, however, this means for many people:

Entry is always via a trial month.
