⚠️  Stretching before exercise does not reduce the risk of injury

⚠️  Stretching only leads to a temporary increase in range of motion

⚠️  Stretching does not reduce muscle soreness

If you choose to stretch before a workout, do so while moving your body through full range of motion.

Your warm up moves should mimic the “content” of your workout and include dynamic stretches.
