Die Tagesempfehlung der DGE (Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrung e.V.) liegt bei 110 mg pro Tag. 100 g Brokkoli \u00fcbertreffen somit diese t\u00e4gliche Empfehlung. Eine \u00dcberdosierung durch Vitamin C ist allerdings f\u00fcr gesunde Erwachsene sehr unwahrscheinlich, weil der K\u00f6rper \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Vitamin C \u00fcber den Urin ausscheidet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neben Vitamin C liefert Brokkoli wichtige Ballaststoffe f\u00fcr deine Darmflora und deine Darmgesundheit. Rund 70 % der Immunzellen befinden sich in deinem Darm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dies macht auch viel Sinn. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denn der Darm ist die Schnittstelle der Au\u00dfenwelt zur k\u00f6rperlichen Innenwelt.
