Fiber is important for our intestines and ensures regulated digestion and helps with successful weight loss.

Ingredients: 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 celery head, 1/2 bunch of parsley, 1 bunch of mint, 3 carrots, 2 apples, 1/4 orange, 1/4 lime; 1/4 lemon; 1/4 pineapple.

Preparation: Mix all ingredients with the mixer and chop. Then enjoy!
